Hi, I’m Audrey!
Audrey Utz, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at PNW Virtual Health, provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families throughout the Seattle area. Audrey’s clinical philosophy is rooted in the belief that the brain is an organ requiring the same level of support and clinical intervention as any other part of the body.
With a professional background spanning outpatient and community mental health, Audrey is adept at managing various acuity levels. She specializes in helping patients navigate complex challenges, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Audrey recognizes that because many pathologies share similar symptoms, an accurate diagnosis is the essential first step in developing an effective treatment plan.
Audrey focuses on helping patients resolve cognitive dissonance and establish healthy interpersonal boundaries, ensuring they can clearly identify and advocate for their own needs. She utilizes an integrated treatment model that combines medication management and psychotherapy with supportive interpersonal communication to build a comprehensive toolkit for success. Rather than seeking a single perfect solution, Audrey works to establish sustainable, long-term strategies that balance practical clinical tools with a deep respect for each individual’s rich inner life.
Outside of her professional role, Audrey is an active member of the Seattle community. She finds balance through creative expression, gardening, and attending live music events. An avid fan of film, television, and gaming, Audrey appreciates how media and imagination allow us to process diverse human experiences and gain insight into our own needs.
