Hi, I’m Angela!
Angela Bennett, PMHNP, is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in both psychiatric mental health and family practice. With over 16 years of nursing experience, Angela brings a rich and compassionate perspective to her role at Pacific Northwest Virtual Health. Her journey into psychiatric care began in the emergency room, where she witnessed firsthand the emotional and psychological struggles faced by vulnerable individuals. These experiences deeply moved her and inspired her to pursue advanced training in mental health, with a particular focus on ADHD, neurodiversity, and mood disorders.
Before joining PNW Virtual Health, Angela worked extensively with patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, an experience that further shaped her empathetic and holistic approach to care. She is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported. Angela believes that healing begins with connection, and she strives to offer evidence-based treatment that honors each patient’s unique story and strengths.
Angela is especially dedicated to helping individuals with ADHD navigate their challenges and embrace their neurodiversity. Her goal is to empower patients through compassionate care, thoughtful listening, and personalized treatment plans that foster resilience and well-being.
